Cancellation Policy

Deer Crest cancellation policies:

  • Canceling 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation/reprocessing fee.
  • Canceling 10 to 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation/reprocessing fee.
  • Canceling within 10 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for early departure.
  • You will be asked to confirm your cancellation via email or phone.

Non Smoking Policy

Deer Crest Resort is a non smoking Property. We are a 100% Smoke free property this includes E-Cigs, Vapes, Marijuana, and Hookah. No smoking is allowed inside nor outside the rooms. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Deer Crest Property grounds including the Parking Lot. We encourage our guests to advise us immediately, if they see anyone smoking on our premises. Violators will be evicted and subject to a $500.00 fee. 

Adults Only Policy

Deer Crest Resort is an Adults only Property. Everyone in the Party must be 18+ unless approved by management. We enforce this policy for the safety of all of our guest as well as providing a quiet and peaceful environment.

Check In Policy

You may check in anytime after 3 pm. If you will be arriving after 9 pm during the summer or 5 pm in the winter, please notify the office at (970) 586-2324 to make arrangements for After-Hours or late arrival.

Check Out Policy

Check out time is 10 am. You may check out anytime before 10 am. No late check-outs during the Summer Season.

Parking

Each room will be granted one parking space. If you seek special accommodations (i.e. multiple cars, trailers, etc.) contact management prior to your arrival.

Pets

Pets are not allowed anywhere on Deer Crest Property nor in the rooms at anytime.

Quiet Time

In respect for other guests, our quiet time is from 9 pm to 9 am. Management reserves the right to address noise issues at any time. We encourage our guests to advise us of any noise issues immediately, so they can be addressed.

Reservations and Requests

While we try to accommodate all of our guests, please be aware that we may not be able to promise specific rooms or levels (if requested) depending on the season and availability.

Unregistered or Visiting Guests

Our facilities are restricted to registered guests only. Your understanding and cooperation will be appreciated to maintain our quiet Deer Crest environment. Your friends are welcome to pick you up and then go to other activities off the Deer Crest property. Any cars, left on Deer Crest Property that are not those of Registered Guests at Deer Crest will be subject to be towed off our property.

Room Rates and Capacity

Room Rates on our website are based on 1 or 2 person occupancy.

Rooms with two beds have a max capacity of 4 adults. If there are 3 or 4 in your party, you will be charged an additional rate of $10.00 per person per night, at the time your reservation is made.

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping staff provides a daily tidy service. They will remove trash and replace towels. Housekeeping staff will make your bed. Please be sure you remove personal items from the bed. If the Privacy sign is out, we respect that; however, our housekeeping staff may not be able to get back to you later in the day because of time constraints. Please feel free to come by the office to replenish towels and other supplies as needed. Bed sheets are changed after 4 nights stay.

Liability

Deer Crest and its employees will not be responsible for any guests’ injuries (major or minor, mental or physical). Deer Crest and its employees will not be responsible for property damage caused by guests. Guests should understand that there may be additional charges for damages to the property as to be assessed by management. Deer Crest and its employees will not be responsible for loss of personal items and will not be expected to hold items left on the property.
